Where do you see yourself in 3 years ?
Hopefully publishing my first book ?
Become a certified chef ?
Living in England ?

Just one of the many things, Im working at.
Bottom line, I just want to be successful.
I ask myself, how much do I have to achieve in order to call oneself 'successful' ?
People in general get the sense that being successful is to have the money, car, girl/guy and the clothes.
I actually find that quiet funny, I have/had those things, just more or less, and still It doesn't seem like an achievement, so why are people always praising and bragging about it ?
I feel like I had succeeded when;
I had served out a dish in which to be returned with a smile and a compliment,
Achieve the goals I had set out for myself,
To be remembered, leave an impression as proof that I had actually lived.
So chyeahh that's that.

Where Tea Meets Sea ?
Guess who saw a double mother fcuking rainbow today ?!
Me Chyeahhhhhh (H) Okay you may not see it clearly in that pic but there is two, one is just shyly hiding behind the street light, but it's there alright =)
Enough about the trivial shit, back to food..

This next dish I came up with was Japanese inspired.
Contains Soba noodle, pickled ginger, seaweed, shitake mushroom, and jelly fish that had been soaked in my green tea dressing. Im Out~

A very time consuming dish, Lamb Ragu Tagliatelle.
Although not very hard to prepare, it takes 5hrs for it to be tender and cooked right.
I made sure the Tagliatelle was Al Dente (firm but not hard) then topped it off with my Lamb Ragu.
The dish itself doesn't look so appealing but the taste begs to differ, it's been soaking up all the ingredients red wine and stocks that i had put in.
I didn't follow any traditional Ragu recipe i made mine up as i went along but i manage to forget to get the Parsley to top it off.
Well that's it for now.

It's been a very long time since i had blog.
Reason ? Nada.
Lately i've been cooking southern style food.
For those who don't know what southern style is basically fried chicken bbq ribs etc but today i there wasnt really anything to make at home so i got out what ever i had in the fridge, and thank god i had a new york strip at home.
So end of the day i made Steak with a Spicy Pecorino and Carrot Coulis.
Well that's it for today.

Christmas was a bland, it went by like any other day, it's probably because I'm Asian and I live in Australia, no White Christmas no Christmas at all, i cannot recall the last time i actually had a Christmas tree up with present stashed under it. It's not like i miss it or anything but chyeah... As for New Years Eve, i'm not sure of what to do, not even sure if i want to do anything.. Well my mind might change later after this post. Hmm.. My room, it's revolting, I keep telling myself that im going to clean it today, then I say to myself I'll clean it later, and then it ends up with me saying i'll clean it tomorrow and the process repeat, sighs why can't we have maids in Australia and have the Mexican come over ; ) I kid the kids, now that's just racist, speaking of which my parents are gone overseas and my mom made me take care of her Bonsai trees like seriously it's just a tree... this is why a Mexican comes in handy not hatin, just saying!
