It's been a very long time since i had blog. Reason ? Nada. Lately i've been cooking southern style food. For those who don't know what southern style is basically fried chicken bbq ribs etc but today i there wasnt really anything to make at home so i got out what ever i had in the fridge, and thank god i had a new york strip at home. So end of the day i made Steak with a Spicy Pecorino and Carrot Coulis. Well that's it for today. I'm out~
