A very time consuming dish, Lamb Ragu Tagliatelle. Although not very hard to prepare, it takes 5hrs for it to be tender and cooked right. I made sure the Tagliatelle was Al Dente (firm but not hard) then topped it off with my Lamb Ragu. The dish itself doesn't look so appealing but the taste begs to differ, it's been soaking up all the ingredients red wine and stocks that i had put in. I didn't follow any traditional Ragu recipe i made mine up as i went along but i manage to forget to get the Parsley to top it off. Well that's it for now. Im Out~
